Philippines – Despite his previous election defeat, Manny Pacquiao popularly known as “Pacman“ and widely accepted as the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world declared his interest to run for Congress next year despite his upcoming bout with three-time world champion Miguel Cotto.
Manny Pacquiao has set up his own party, the “People’s Champ Movement” and commented that he had enough time for his fight with Miguel Cotto in November despite having lots of commercial appearance, tv shows, even an upcoming movie and his campaign for a seat in the Congress, of which national elections was slated for May 2010.
