Wynne Arboleda now nicknamed the “ruthless guard of Burger King” has been suspended by the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) for the rest of the 09-10 season for attacking a fan at courtside last friday. The fan, Alain Katigbac would still file criminal charges against Wynne Arboleda regardless of the League commissioner Sonny Barrios decision and would also file a formal administrative complaint with the league to ensure that Wynne Arboleda will be “banned for life in PBA.”
Being one of the league’s best guards, Wynne Arboleda receives a 280,000 pesos per month salary and will lose about 2.73 million pesos in income because of his suspension and will be banned from attending PBA games, taking offers and playing in other leagues…ouch!
